Vera Kabasiita Nakatumba is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda with a solid foundation in legal practice, corporate governance, and emerging technology law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, and a Universal Certification in Cyber Forensics, Cyber Crimes, Cybersecurity & Cyber Law through IFS Education (India). With experience spanning legal practice, company secretarial services, and administration, Vera brings a rare blend of legal precision and practical management skills. She has advised on regulatory compliance, data protection, intellectual property, and risk management, and has hands-on experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, board resolutions, NDAs, and legal opinions.
